An IJM police training builds capacity in local law enforcement to protect the vulnerable.

Jeff Blom joined IJM in 2006 after serving more than 20 years in local law enforcement. He relies on his extensive experience to lead IJM’s investigative efforts worldwide, bringing rescue and relief to victims of violent oppression. As Vice President of Investigations he oversees IJM investigative staff, performs operational field work, coordinates training initiatives, and determines investigative policies and best practices for IJM’s investigative staff in all field offices.
