What is a Freedom Partner?

Freedom Partners make a $50 monthly investment in the work of IJM. It is an investment that yields high returns: an advocate showing up, a victim set free, and perpetrators held accountable for their abuse.

Personal Investment

As a Freedom Partner, you choose where to invest your monthly gift. IJM will provide personal updates on the impact of your gift based on the area that you choose to invest in.

You have three choices for your $50 monthly investment:

1 — IJM Urgent Need Fund

IJM will use this gift where it is most urgently needed.

2 — IJM Regional Fund

Invest in a specific region of the world where IJM conducts casework: Africa, Latin America, South Asia, Southeast Asia.

3 — IJM Casework Fund

Invest in a specific area of IJM casework, such as sex trafficking, slavery, sexual violence, or theft of land and property.

What Will You Receive?

A Framed Picture of an IJM client from your area of investment as a reminder of the difference you are making in the lives of the oppressed.

Quarterly Audio Podcast or Video with a personal update from IJM field staff and clients based on your area of investment. We want you to be a part of IJM work as it unfolds.

Annual Live Call with Gary Haugen, IJM President & CEO. Gary will provide a 'State of the Mission' update for Freedom Partners and answer questions.

Freedom Partner - Compound Impact

The impact of your monthly gift is magnified by the fact that you are investing with thousands of other Freedom Partners. The following are a few illustrations of the compound impact of your $50 monthly investment:

In One Year,

10 Freedom Partners enable IJM to purchase critical undercover equipment used by our investigators each day to acquire evidence of hidden abuse. Without this evidence, many of the perpetrators IJM has helped convict would be walking free today.

30 Freedom Partners cover the entire annual cost for an IJM national lawyer to be a full-time, professional advocate for the oppressed - and a change agent in his or her community to help protect the vulnerable through the establishment of rule of law.
