Kathy Stout-Labauve serves as International Justice Mission’s Aftercare Specialist. In this role, she leads IJM’s aftercare staff around the world, equipping them to provide healing resources for IJM clients. In all IJM field offices, IJM aftercare seeks to treat the effects of oppression and victimization, empower survivors of abuse in order to minimize the probability of re-victimization and aid in their reintegration into society. Before joining IJM in 2006, she was in a private psychotherapy practice for many years. Previously, she was the Founding Director of the University Medical Center Rape Crisis Center in Lafayette, Louisiana.
