"My favorite part of my job is that I get gorgeous (free) henna designs drawn down my arms by our clients when I visit aftercare homes. My least favorite part is that I must be detail-oriented in every single task I do, even though I know that task is literally only one of a million tasks needed to build and support a struggling justice system. Yet both of these parts are what my job is all about: striving for healing and excellence in the midst of broken people and broken systems. I am constantly humbled by my clients’ and co-workers’ struggle to be the change they want to see in their country and I am proud to be a member of IJM-Mumbai."
