Jaclynn created and launched IJM’s Pro Athlete Program and has since built a significant pro community at IJM. Jaclynn got her start in Major League Soccer, and spent the majority of her sports management career at the NFL Players Association representing all NFL players. Jackie managed a team responsible for player initiatives including Player Hill Days, charitable galas and Super Bowl events within the NFLPA player services department, operating as the heart of the organization with the Board of NFL Player Reps. Jackie was handpicked by the Executive Director to serve on the NFLPA Leaders Forum, an operational think-tank. Jaclynn spoke at sports executive forums throughout her time at the NFLPA.
Jackie is passionate about pro families and ending slavery. She came to IJM with dreams of launching a pro athlete movement that could make a significant difference in the fight for justice and freedom. Since the IJM: Team Freedom launch, pros have championed the work in the media, social media, events, fundraisers, team bible studies and trips to the field, and pro families have contributed millions for the work of justice.
Jaclynn received her B.A. in Communication/PR from GMU while coaching Robinson Varsity lacrosse team locally. As a volunteer, Jackie led a youth group at McLean Bible Church and launched McLean’s Arlington campus young adults event ministry. Jaclynn currently resides with her husband, Matthew, a police officer, and their two little girls, Belle and Madison, in Annapolis, MD, and they lead a bible study together at their church.
