The Need
IJM is seeking a talented Sr. Assistant, NILED who shall be responsible for providing logistics, and administrative support to the members of National ILED; develop and maintain relationships with counterparts within IJM and partner organizations; oversee logistics for all National ILED training programs and support data entry and analysis for related programming.
Responsibilities
Support Alignment of National and Regional Teams:
- Ensure necessary national and regional program milestones and activities are calendared in a single shared calendar.
Logistical Support, Research and Data Analysis, and M&E:
- Support National Director of Investigation & Law Enforcement Development through schedule and calendar maintenance, monitoring of resource deployment
- Support the team through administrative and logistical upkeep
- Support research and data analysis, and the release of related reports at pre-determined times
- Ensure reporting and documentation of department activities and delivery of sub-outcomes
- Ensure training is conducted in compliance with donor requirements
- Handle all logistical matters related to National ILED training program.
Staff care and Spiritual Formation
- Participate and refine staff care and spiritual formation rhythms that support your growth as human being created in God’s image, measured through your attendance, input, and annual self-evaluations.
Deliver Shared Wins in Coordination with Regional Teams
- Complete the initial data analysis steps periodically in coordination with regional counterparts for national processing, review, and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in regional language and English
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
