Brittany Baker

Regional Vice President, Marketing and Communications

 Brittany Baker serves as the Regional Vice President of Marketing and Communications at IJM. She is responsible for ensuring that strategic communications, marketing strategy, product development and digital and creative execution are operationalized to hit long-term goals and respond to the organization's most urgent needs.

Brittany joined IJM in 2014. Since then, she has used her creative leadership skills to serve in various fundraising, donor care, marketing and leadership roles.  Her leadership has brought critical functions and teams through seasons of change and growth. Prior to joining IJM, Brittany served in fundraising roles with ActionAid USA and CARE USA.

With a passion for people and understanding their needs, Brittany earned her B.A. in sociology from Messiah University. While there, she studied abroad in Uganda, where her heart for international causes started to take hold. Brittany is a mom to three dancers— she can often be found putting up one daughter’s hair and hugging another while on a zoom call for work. Brittany and her husband, Nate, live with their girls and their dog, Forrest, in Maryland.
