What do spiritual rhythms have to do with our abilities to do good work - facing challenges, overcoming obstacles, serving clients, loving your neighbor?

At IJM we've learned some things in our 25+ years doing the work of fighting injustice. We have colleagues leading teams around the world and our Christian identity is at the core of who we are, vital to the success of our work. Our spiritual rhythms are a foundation to us at IJM, allowing us to joyfully and sustainably head straight towards some of the darkest and most unimaginable places.

Join us as we share about our spiritual formation practices that are ingrained in our culture – we believe these practices are universal, transformative, and paramount to following God’s call for each of us, in every sector in our city.
