Columbia, Peru, and Bolivia (The Andean Region) are among the top 20 countries in the world for gender based violent crimes. Millions of women and children are victims of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, and femicide (the intentional killing of women or girls because of their gender).
As Calvary Chapel responds to God's call with Vision 2023, a key piece of this is joining with IJM to provide rescue and healing for these vulnerable women and children.
We hope that you'll prayerfully and bravely give towards our Calvary Chapel Andean Fund.
“There are certain projects that just make my heart beat a little bit faster - and then this is one of them. This is the passion of God. In Proverbs 22 it says, “Do not exploit the poor because they are poor and do not crush the needy in court, for the Lord will take up their case.” Think about God as your attorney, think about God as the one who fights for you and defends you!
We are called the body of Christ, the family of God, and we are called the hands and feet of Jesus - which means we can bring that voice of advocacy and protection.”
