Elin Jagerskog

Elin Jagerskog serves as IJM’s Chief People Officer. Elin and her team support IJM’s global People, Culture and Security efforts.

Elin joined IJM in 2018 as the Global HR Director and stepped into the role as Chief People Officer in 2019. Elin brought 20 years of HR experience and has, amongst other, served as Nordic HR Director for LG Electronics and Regional HR Advisor, Middle East at Norwegian Refugee Council. Her private sector work also includes working as a senior HR associate for St. Jude Medical and Atlas Copco.

Elin received her master’s in human Recourses at the University of Linkoping, Sweden and is an IAC certified coach. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Anders and their four children.
