Joan Singleton

Joan Singleton currently serves as the CFO of Arcadia University. She previously served as the CFO at Pepperdine University, Azusa Pacific University, and La Petite Academy, as well as VP of Workforce and Organizational Effectiveness at Milton Hershey School. Ms. Singleton, who holds a Master’s in Taxation and Doctor of Education, is also a CPA with corporate experience from Deloitte.

Throughout her career, Ms. Singleton has been responsible for leading hundreds of employees through stewarding financial gifts and resources through the strategy and allocation process. Ms. Singleton has also supported the development and implementation of enterprise-wide strategic planning processes. 

Ms. Singleton’s financial planning skills have made her a sought-after board member, and her board service includes Messiah College, Eastern University Board of Fellows, World Vision, and VisionFund International.
