Jordan Gustafson
Jordan Gustafson serves as IJM’s Head of Mobilization, developing the strategy and leading the teams in charge of church engagement, workplace engagement, college mobilization, and IJM’s volunteer Champions program.
Prior to his joining IJM in 2025, Jordan served as the US Executive Director of Life in Abundance International and before that as the Director of Organizational Partnerships at Food for the Hungry. Much of his career has been spent leading partnership teams and strategies for scaling intentional engagement with a multitude of diverse stakeholders including churches, corporations, and universities as well as new innovative funding exploration. Prior to his time in the nonprofit sector, Jordan served as a Pastor and Church Planter in both Phoenix, AZ and Washington, DC.
Jordan additionally serves on the US Global Leadership Coalition’s Minnesota State Advisory Board and regularly speaks at churches and conferences around the US. He holds a BS in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University and a MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.
He resides in Minneapolis, MN, with his wife, Gabby, and their two amazing daughters.
