Tina Atwell

Tina Atwell serves at Chief People Officer at International Justice Mission. She has spent the last 20 years of her career shaping corporate culture and building strong and stable HR operations. She has led the HR function at IAI North America, Cannon Equipment, AgustaWestlandBell, and the HR and Legal functions at Giesecke & Devrient North America.

Tina received her Master of Industrial and Labor Relations and her BS in Natural Resources from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY where she has served in various alumni positions and is a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW), the SHRM Executive Network and Chief. She holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional designations. Tina and her husband live in the Washington metro area and are faithful supporters of Western Fairfax Christian Ministries, WGTS and World Vision.
